Apple being loaded with iron

I would like to tell you that apple being loaded with iron, arsenic and phosphorus are extremely valuable in the treatment of anemia. It is particularly useful if apples are taken in way of juice.

I think this is true and I believe on it. ;) This time I will surely have an apple on our meal with the loaded minerals.
