There have been multiple explosions at the finish line for the Boston Marathon, with reports of at least "dozens" of injuries.

$100 says CISPA passes now that everyone is paying attention to Boston.

I'm thinking blackpowder explosive leads to new push to ban the sale of reloading powders.... I don't know, it'll be interesting to see what the facts are tomorrow.
